Efsun is close to learning about Emir's surgery to Pervin at another hospital. Emir does his best to prevent this. Meanwhile, he feels closer to Efsun. The ethics committee to be formed for Emir's patient who has returned from the dead will put Efsun in a dilemma. Efsun, who does not want to put Emir in a difficult situation, is torn between meeting and not meeting this committee, which requires being a real manager in the clinic.
