Episode 14 begins with the start of the playoff season, and the Bruins have earned home ice advantage with the best record in the NHL. Before play starts, the team gets together for a dinner to celebrate an outstanding regular season and prepare for what lies ahead. Round 1 of the playoffs begin with the Detroit Red Wings - the B's had trouble against them in the regular season, but won't let that stop them.
