A.J. embarrasses his father in front of potential investors and finds himself suddenly living on the streets. Ethan enlists a reporter, Adam Lawson, to do a profile article on his late son, hoping to expose Varland's exploitation of Beck, unaware of the reporter's history and feelings for Jen.
