This came about as the media blasted the official narratives of terrorists’ attacks and the people became ready to accept the instillation of restrictive legislation and the invasion of foreign countries. Underneath it all were plans to enforce the power of the petrodollar and to remove any opposition to OPEC rules of commerce.
