However, an afternoon picnic with her siblings soon takes their mind off things when they make a nasty discovery. Meanwhile Sarah learns that Joe Astell is leaving for Glasgow, and Sarah clashes with Mrs Beddows over Robert Carne, leading to revelations for both women.
