Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins his friends to learn about riding a bike. He discovers that rollerblades are not the only way to move fast, that helmets should always be worn when on a bike, and that it's not necessary to have strong legs to ride a bike well. Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic as he does the speed move, and Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody present the latest headlines in LazyTown news. Stephanie and her friends demonstrate new dance steps, and Stingy finishes his homework way too fast and wonders why he did poorly on his test. Pixel challenges Sportacus to do the helicopter move on the wall.
