Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic as he introduces his latest exercise; Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody present the latest LazyTown news headlines. Stephanie and her friends are on the move as they show how to do the Bing Bang dance, while Stingy learns a lesson on what's needed to practise swimming. Pixel sets Sportacus a new challenge: to do a jump. Will Sportacus succeed?
